Movement has always been apart of my life. From a young age, I began training in Dance which then continued into my professional career as a performer and dancer. 
When I moved to Dubai in the UAE from England at the age of 21, I found the hustle and bustle of the busy city daunting and turned to Yoga. Practicing in various styles over the next 10 years I really developed a new passion for the way yoga influenced my life and finally became a fully qualified Yoga Teacher in 2020 with a 200-hour qualification. 

Shortly after I became pregnant with my second child and turned to prenatal yoga in which I studied and learned the benefits and ways of yoga during pregnancy and how they can positively help with your pregnancy journey. 

I am now here to share my knowledge and passion with you in Prenatal Yoga and Vinasaya Yoga.

I also offer 1-1 private sessions and corporate classes for those wishing to bring yoga to the workplace. Since the dawn of Covid-19 I have taken many of my classes and services online so please do get in touch if there is anything I can help you with!
